Shareable Links
Share requirements with teammates or stakeholders using a direct link.
Create a share link when you want to send Requirements board content to someone without walking them through the app.
Tip
Freelance accounts can have up to 3 active share links at a time. All other account types have unlimited share links.
What It Shares
- A shared board link can include the Requirement, its Use Cases, and related Acceptance Criteria.
- A Use Case share includes that Use Case and its Acceptance Criteria.
How To Share
- Open Requirements.
- Click the share icon in the toolbar to open
Share Board. - Choose an access option.
- Click
Generate link
You can also share from a Requirement or Use Case action menu when available.
Access Options
Public
- Anyone with the link can open it.
- Fastest option for reviews and handoff.
Password
- Anyone with the link also needs the password.
- Type your own password or use
dice buttonto randomly generate a simple passphrase.
Important
Passwords cannot be viewed again later. If you lose the password, revoke the link and create a new one.
Team Only
Team only restricts access to signed-in team members.
Coming soon
Team only is visible in Share Board but is not available yet.
After You Generate The Link
- Use the copy button to copy the link.
- Use the open button to test it in a new tab.
- Use the trash button to revoke it.
What Recipients See
- Shared links open to a simple read-only page with the title, status, description, linked artifacts, and acceptance criteria.
Beta
This is the current working beta version of share links. More permissions and shared-link features are still to come.
