Artifact Tests

Browse, filter, and manage saved test artifacts in one table.

Overview

The Tests tab is the structured-record side of the Artifacts workspace.

Use it to browse, search, filter, sort, and delete saved test artifacts from one central table. As artifact data grows across the workspace, this page gives you a practical way to review stored test records and maintain them over time.

Test Table

The Tests tab displays saved test artifacts in a searchable, filterable table.

This gives you one place to review stored records instead of checking each test type separately. Depending on what exists in your workspace, the table can include artifact types such as evaluations, guideline sets, requirements, use cases, and flows.

Table Columns

Each row includes metadata that helps you quickly understand the saved artifact at a glance.

The table currently shows:

  • Test Name: The saved name of the artifact.
  • Type: The artifact type.
  • Created: When the artifact was originally created.
  • Modified: When the artifact was last updated.
  • Users: The user or users associated with the artifact.
  • Size: The storage size of the artifact.

The Users column can reflect more than one person when multiple team members have contributed to the same artifact over time. For example, one user may start a test and another may return later to continue or complete it.

Search And Filter

Use the search field to find tests by name.

Use the type filter to narrow the table to a specific artifact type when you want to focus on one category of saved records.

Sort Table Data

You can sort the table by the available columns to review artifacts in the order that is most useful for your workflow.

This can help you:

  • scan newer or older records
  • compare artifact types
  • identify recently updated work
  • review larger or smaller saved artifacts

Delete Artifacts

Use the row selection checkboxes to select one or more saved test artifacts.

After selecting rows, use Delete to remove those artifacts from the table.

Warning

Deleting test artifacts is permanent and cannot be undone.

This can help reduce clutter and free up storage space in the workspace.

Pagination

Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to move through larger result sets.

New Test

The page also includes a New Test button.

Beta

The New Test button is currently visible but disabled in the current beta build.
