Kanban

Overview

Kanban is one of the Requirements workspace views.

It shows the same active work as Requirements, Gantt, and Activity, arranged on a board so you can track progress by status instead of browsing requirement cards.

Open Kanban

1. Open Requirements.
2. Select the Kanban tab.

Board Columns

The board is organized into status columns such as To Do, In Progress, and Completed.

Each column header shows a status color, the column name, a card count, a + action to add a card, and a column menu.

Column Menu

Open the column ... menu to manage that column.

Current actions include:

• Rename
• Add Column
• Collapse
• Color
• Move left
• Move right
• Delete column

Move left and Move right reposition the column on the board. Edge columns disable the direction that is unavailable.

Cards

Cards in a column can show:

• Priority
• Title and description
• Attached image
• Point of contact
• Date
• Comment and checklist counts
• Progress
• A card ... menu

Kanban, Requirements, Gantt, and Activity all reflect the same active work in your account.
