The Handoff page is still in active development and does not currently include user-configurable controls.
The Handoff page is intended for packaging UXit outputs into stakeholder-ready deliverables.
Unlike other export and sharing workflows across UXit, this page is focused on branded, presentation-ready handoff materials rather than raw data exports, shared links, or downloadable file artifacts.
Stakeholder Handoff
This feature is intended to support stakeholder-facing exports for clients, leadership teams, and other audiences who need a polished summary of UXit results outside the main workspace.
The initial handoff workflow is centered on branded PDF exports for stakeholder review.
These handoffs may include evaluation results, metrics, summaries, and other test artifact information presented in a format that is easier to review and share.
Branding Controls
Based on the current page description, paid plans will be able to customize branding on exported PDF reports.
Planned branding options include:
- Company logo
- Organization name
- Contact information
- Brand colors
These controls are intended to help teams prepare reports that align with their own client, stakeholder, or internal presentation standards.
Other Sharing Paths In UXit
UXit already includes other ways to share or move information depending on the workflow.
Examples include:
- Exporting structured account data from
Account Ops - Downloading file artifacts.
- Creating shared links in requirements workflows.
- Using exported data in external systems.
The Handoff page is intended to complement those workflows by focusing specifically on branded stakeholder deliverables.
